2. Acceptance and Eligibility

By visiting, registering, posting a property, submitting a requirement, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Arjunestate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.

3. Nature of the Platform

Arjunestate provides an online marketplace that helps property owners, buyers, tenants, agents, builders, and sales professionals publish or discover property information and exchange enquiries. Unless expressly stated, Arjunestate is not the owner, developer, broker, legal adviser, lender, or party to a property transaction.

Listings may be submitted by third parties. Users must independently verify ownership, approvals, measurements, pricing, title, encumbrances, physical condition, and all other property information before paying money or entering into an agreement.

4. Accounts and Verification

• You must provide accurate and current registration and contact information.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for protecting OTPs or access credentials.
• Arjunestate may verify, suspend, restrict, or close an account where information is false, unlawful, misleading, or creates a security risk.

5. Property Listings and User Content

You may publish a property only when you have lawful authority to advertise it. All descriptions, photographs, prices, locations, approvals, availability, and contact details must be accurate and must not infringe another person's rights.

By submitting content, you grant Arjunestate a non-exclusive right to host, display, format, and promote that content for operating the marketplace. We may review, edit, reject, deactivate, or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Enquiries and Communications

When you submit a property enquiry, requirement, or contact form, you authorize Arjunestate and relevant property participants to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding that request. Lead details may be shared only as reasonably required to provide the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Plan prices, validity, listing limits, lead access, and promotional benefits are shown on the subscription page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through an authorized third-party payment gateway. Arjunestate does not store complete card, UPI PIN, CVV, or online banking credentials.
• A subscription is activated after successful payment confirmation or approved manual activation.
• Plan benefits are personal to the registered account and cannot be transferred unless Arjunestate approves otherwise in writing.
• Taxes, where applicable, will be charged in accordance with Indian law.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not publish fraudulent listings, impersonate another person, scrape or copy platform data, upload harmful code, misuse contact details, send spam, evade payment controls, interfere with website security, or use Arjunestate for unlawful or deceptive activity.

9. Intellectual Property

The Arjunestate name, website design, software, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Arjunestate. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every listing, user, enquiry, transaction, or third-party service is accurate, genuine, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arjunestate will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss arising from negotiations between users, title or property disputes, third-party conduct, or decisions made solely from listing information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Arjunestate against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the platform, inaccurate content, violation of these terms, or infringement of a third party's rights.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts located in Ballari, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the use of Arjunestate.
